HHC Celebrates Clinical Enhancements at Bradley Campus

April 02, 2026

Hartford HealthCare leaders, colleagues and community members gathered at The Hospital of Central Connecticut’s Bradley Campus to celebrate the opening of several newly enhanced clinical spaces designed to expand access to high quality care in the Central Region.

The event highlighted significant improvements across the campus, including the launch of the Ayer Neuroscience Inpatient Sleep Lab and Sleep Clinic, expanded Geriatric and Palliative Care Services, and a refreshed rehabilitation space, built to support a more modern and patient friendly experience.

These enhancements represent Hartford HealthCare’s continued investment in bringing comprehensive, seamless care directly to the communities it serves.

Commitment to community care

Gina Coleman, president of The Hospital of Central Connecticut, praised the teams who brought the project to life and emphasized the long term benefits for patients and families.

“These new and updated spaces demonstrate our unwavering commitment to ensuring patients receive the highest level of care — right here in their own community,” says Coleman. “From advanced sleep medicine to compassionate geriatric and palliative services, and a more modern rehabilitation environment, these enhancements are about meeting people where they are and providing care that supports every stage of life.”
